Conform
Published by admin September 29th, 2007 in Authority, Physics, Doctors of PhilosophyThe picture of scholastic physics described here by an insider under the guise of giving advice reveals that physics is another name of the old hierarchical bureaucracy called scholasticism. The advice to the new members of this bureaucracy is simple: if you want to advance in this hierarchy you must conform. To be a successful doctor you must conform. The only advice that remotely suggests non-conformity is to tell students to take initiative. But even this mild form of showing signs of life is debunked in the comments by actual students: if you show initiative as a student your scholastic career will come to an abrupt end. No form of freedom or free thinking is tolerated in scholastic physics. New recruits have no choice but to conform. Nowhere in the list of advice there is an encouragement to students to have scientific skepticism and to question physics doctrines and the authority of doctors such as this advisor.movies a-n-i-m-e pornporn 3d girls schoolsex abusecrew lyrics analysis 2 liveameture hotmail from pornbeard porn amandateenies 88sexual sculptures 3-d position Map
Need we wonder why the authors of that advice have never come up with anything original or neaningful? Great posts! I will link to your blog.
Thanks for comment. I think the advice reveals more about the author. He equates science with publishing and giving talks. According to this definition an amateur like Fermat who never published or lectured would not qualify as a scientist.
Well observed. I greatly enjoy your blog, which I discovered via either Carl or Louise.
Thanks for your comment. Just today while at work I came across your guest post about Categories and I liked reading it a lot. The topics in your blog though, like Carl’s, very interesting but, requires a better understanding of the kind of math you are using.
