Freedom of Science

In this article called “How the LHC came to be,” Chris Llewellyn Smith proudly details the obscene bureaucratic ways of the Europeans. It seems that Europeans did not make any progress in their understanding of science since the Middle Ages. Europeans still negotiate the last penny they could extract from their traditional enemies for their own profit.
In this case, just to spite the French, the British government asks for “the largest possible reduction” in the LHC budget and claims that “this could be achieved without damaging CERN’s scientific mission or endangering the LHC.”¹

But that’s not the point. Read the next sentence:

The particle physics community in the United Kingdom was reluctant to challenge this assertion, as they were told that reductions in the CERN budget would be their source of funding for participation in LHC experiments.

Particle physicists in the UK was “reluctant” to challenge the orders of the government? Do you expect any kind of scientific integrity from these European bureaucrats who call themselves physicists?

The same UK government will order them to find Higgs, or whatever, and the same physicists will find it.

We know that this is nothing new. The British government blackmailed Eddington and ordered him to organize an expedition and verify Einstein’s speculations.²

General Relativity is a political propaganda product of the post-war European politics. The British masterminded the Einstein legend and invented the modern physics. The British is still controlling physics through propaganda as this Nature³ article proves so well.

Physicists have always been in the service of the rulers and the Big Media. Freedom of Science means freeing human science from the likes of UK government and their collaborator agents the doctors of physics and transfer what belongs to the people to the people.
