Freedom of Science

The goal of Freedom of Science is to transfer Newton’s authority to people. How would we know that Newtonism has fallen? What happened when Aristotelianism toppled? We should expect to see a similar result.

The employees of the Scholastic Corporation are called Doctors. The class Doctor have characteristics shared by all instances of Doctors: Doctors of philosophy, Doctors of theology and Doctors of law share the same common professional attributes. There is a never ending turf war between these doctors to convert people from the domain of their rival doctors into their own. Especially, Doctors of Philosophy and Doctors of Theology fight to own the same section of the population. One of the most public of this turf wars occurred during Galileo’s time. The popular version is that Galileo dropped weights from a tower and also looked at the Moon and showed that the Moon was not a perfect body which contradicted Aristotelianism. Scholastic Doctors of philosophy and theology were ruffled by Galileo’s findings and scholasticism represented by Aristotelianism gradually died under this new science. This is Newtonian Whig history.

Scientific progress made by Galileo did not topple Aristotelianism. When Newton started at Cambridge, Aristotelianism mixed with Christian doctrine was still taught as science. It was Newton who toppled Aristotelianism and replaced it with Newtonism. It is a historical fact that Scholastic schools can only be removed by Scholastic Doctors themselves as the result of scholastic turf wars. Then, it is not surprising that Scholastic doctors never remove scholasticism, their livelihood, but they label the losing party scholastics and the winning party the scientists.

Today we are at a position to identify Scholastic Corporation as a constant of history. We know that when Newtonism is removed Scholastic Corporation will continue. But even this will be good. During the transition from one scholastic school to another many people will become aware that their perception of the world was corrupted by Newtonism and they will start to think for themselves instead of accepting the NextSchool as the next absolute view of the world. This is what happened when Galileo and like minded amateurs started amateur societies. This is how they freed themselves from the monopolistic grip of Doctors. Same thing will happen in the post-Newtonian era.

Scholastic Corporation is the vehicle Doctors use to perpetuate their parasitic lives feeding off their constituency by hiding information from them. The class known as Doctors is also an old one. Doctors belong to the class of Scribes and they trace their ancestry to the Egyptian priestly scribes and beyond. It is the business of Scribes to make definitions and enforce those definitions as the absolute true picture of the world. Today’s Doctors defined the world as “physical” to corrupt our perception of the world. Physical, Physics, Nature and Newton are all synonyms. In the post-Newtonian era Newton will not mean Nature.
